Not in Agile itself,
But in how it's perceived and practiced.
🔹 70% of practitioners feel pressured to follow Agile practices—even when they see no value.
🔹 69% find frameworks too complex.
🔹 Only 44% of leaders agree.

Frameworks don’t enforce themselves. People do.
If Agile feels heavy, is it the framework or the leadership behind it?
Leaders should set context.
Be the glue that binds teams, orgs and vision.
Glue doesn’t command.
